Job Chef, Upper Coomera

We are looking for energetic Chef to be part of our team in Cafe Two Coomera, Queensland. If you are adaptable, open minded, flexible, creative, fun, have a sense of humour and can be organised and follow our procedures then you are the right person to apply for this position.

Chef Position Description:

·Prepare and cook high-quality meals according to our menu.

·Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends.

·Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

·Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, food safety, and cleanliness.

·Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

·Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.

·Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

To be considered for this role, you should:

·Hold an AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

·Have at least 1 year work experience.

·Possess a positive attitude and work well with other team members;

·Be willing to follow directions and ask questions for clarification if needed.

·Good interpersonal and communication skills;

·Able to work in a fast paced environment; multitask and handle stress;

·Able to commit beyond normal working hours as when required.

Annual Salary: AUD 75,000 - 85,000
