Key Highlights:
- Salaries: $100,000 - $115,000 + Super
- Mixed Ages Caseload - Hybrid Role
- Full-time or Part-time Opportunties (min. 3 days) | 9-day Fortnight
- Caseload: Mixed ages caseload with 95% NDIS and 5% private. Broad generalist scope across neurodiversity, physical disability, and a growing aged care caseload.
- Services & Clinical Focus: Support clients with assistive technology, minor and major home modifications, SIL & SDA assessments, and high-quality functional reporting.
- Flexibility & Work Settings: Hybrid role that is more clinic-based than community, with WFH options for admin and a 9-day fortnight
- Day-to-Day: Manage your own caseload and provide clinical supervision to junior team members. KPI's are inclusive of supervision.
- Career Progression: Opportunities to move into leadership, contribute to quality improvement projects, and pursue areas of clinical interest and specialisation.
- Bonus Structure: $86 per billable hour exceeded, paid biannually.
- Professional Development: $1,500 CPD (negotiable) plus PD leave.
- Support & Development: Peer supervision (monthly or fortnightly), protected admin time, guest speakers, and internal upskilling days.
- Tools Provided: MacBook, iPhone, Bose noise-cancelling headphones, a fully stocked therapy trolley, and access to shared clinic resources.

Requirements:
- 4 Years Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
